Marko has been an instructor, mentor, and a leader for well over a decade.
Working as a System Engineer and a licensed Instructor for video-transmitting technologies, then as a Project Manager and later as a Department Manager, currently the Head of a Service Line, he has always been guided by his passion to help others by advancing their careers and building knowledge.
Marko has understood that these genuine skills are part of his own character and has acknowledged developing others as his true calling.
Now, he decided to share his expertise with a wider community helping everyone in need to grow their own careers and interests.
He always welcomes people to mentorship sessions where he utilizes the SPARK method.

Milica spent the first 10 years of her career in delivering various social services, leading different projects and teams.
Her signature was visible to a vast extent, in many projects and among individual social workers. After that, Milica changed a country and decided to prove herself in the competitive information technology industry.
With her unique approach to daily tasks, Milica quickly progressed from a Helpdesk agent to a Service Delivery Manager role, and then from a Team Lead to a First Line Manager due to her ability to provide extra care to each and every customer as well as for the people in her team.
Her passion is encouraging individual growth and helping people recognize new heights they can reach.
